Since 1991, Jordan Young has been the leader in design of hotel furniture in the hospitality industry.  We currently manufacture and offer twenty plus upscale lines. These collections boast rich detail of design not otherwise offered in the hotel furniture market.

In January of 2011, we were proud to unveil our two newest lines, Affluent and Metro.  Made in the United States, in the heart of Ohio, these two new lines target the mid to higher tier hotels, including casinos, resorts and boutiques. The collection Serenity ll is the sister to our style Affluent and answers the budgetary needs for the low to mid scale hotel.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS AND WARRANTIES:


CASEGOODS SPECIFICATIONS:
All furniture manufactured of 100% birch solids. All veneers are applied using a five ply system. Joint construction is dovetailed or triple doweled and glued. All wearable edging, drawer, and door rails are birch hardwood solids. All tables, desks, and luggage benches have corner blocking and glue blocking. All inside construction of all cabinets are veneer over hardwood solids. The insides of all units are finished. All sides are veneers over hardwood solids and backs are veneer over medium density fiber board. A finish stain is applied to the back of all units. Drawer construction is dovetailed or triple doweled and glued with drawer bottoms to hold 75 lbs. Drawer construction includes removable drawer fronts. Drawer glides are double extension, ball bearing uni-glide systems. A 225lb rated tv swivel is standard on all chests requiring a swivel. All hinges and solid hardware are stainless steel or brass. One inch nylon glides are used on  chests, nightstands, desks, credenzas, and tables.  All insides of furniture are finished including drawer sides, drawer bottoms, and the back of each unit.

UPHOLSTERY SPECIFICATIONS:
Use 8 guage metal spring in upholstered seating and 11.5 guage spring in upholstered backs. Springs are tied together using strands of 16 guage tie wire in order to supply side to side stability. Spring assembly is covered with a layer of decking material. Foam quality in seats and backing to be of high quality 1.128 to 25lbs polyurethene foam wrapped with a layer of polyester fiber to meet or exceed CAL117E and CMHR barrier wrap as required by local and state fire codes for use in hotel and other public spaces.
